The S&P500 moved higher for the first time in six days both the DJIA and the NASDAQ joined the plus column, after four and three losses.
These three averages have shared a plus turn-around 503 times in this century, or on average one of every six trading days.
On the following day in the past, the S&P500 continued higher less than one out of two days, or only 49.5 percent of the time. The DJIA scored a following day gain 49.7 percent of the time, while the NASDAQ positive ratio was no more than 46.1 percent.
